Lake Atlases This section presents bathymetric maps of selected natural lakes by region. These maps can be viewed either as a KMZ or PDF file. KMZ files can be opened with the program GoogleEarth. PDF files can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Both of these programs can be downloaded freely. The bathymetric maps of individual lakes can be downloaded using the following icons:
The bathymetric maps have been created either from datasets or maps that reside in the public domain or from datasets that the compiler has granted permission for use on this website. Each individual map has the appropriate credits given. |
